Ruby Software has successfully implemented a stable and efficient eLearning platform for our parent company, RevenueMed. The platform has been developed and perfected by Ruby Software over the past few years. This expertise led us to believe that we can provide a scalable and modern LMS solution to schools, colleges and universities to conduct online classrooms and assessments. The system can also be extended to corporate houses that give importance to improving the skills of its human capital using assessment tools and training.

Our aim has been to simplify the assessment processes by streamlining the reporting and grading system. We are dedicated to digitizing the learning content whereby we save both time and costs involved for yearly regeneration of traditional form of learning content and assessment system that has been in practice. We pave the way for educational institutions and corporate houses to get accurate assessments, cut down on paperwork that is time consuming as well as cost intrinsic, get quick results and thereby increase the quality of the learning or training processes involved which leads to better quality of edification to students or enhancing the human capital that is very critical for the growth and sustenance of any organization.

Michel Von Grey - Chairman, Ruby Software

Mike is a successful entrepreneur, who is passionate about applying technology to solve business problems

Mike Co-founded RevenueMed in 2002, an Atlanta-based company that provides remote coding and billing services to hospitals and larger physician groups. The firm combines process re-engineering, sophisticated imaging and workflow technologies with a skilled off-shore workforce to deliver improved revenue levels and tighter regulatory compliance. He is the CEO and chairman of the company.

Mike founded Speech Machines in 1996 and was the CEO of the company till 2001. The company was the first-mover in moving medical transcription to an Internet-based, ASP service model. Mike sold the business in 2001 to Royal Philips Electronics/MedQuist.

Mike co-founded Software care Ltd in 1989, a Market leader nursing software system — combined decision-support care planning, acuity, patient costing and automated scheduling. This company was Sold to HBOC (McKesson.) in 1996.

Mike earned his BSc, in International Business and marketing from University of Pennsylvania. The Wharton School in 1983 and his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1989

Joyce John - Co-founder and Managing Director, Ruby Software

Joyce is a visionary with solid grounding in all aspects of software engineering, including design, administration, deployment/delivery, security and operations; he has successfully executed a number of long terms, high profile technical projects.

Joyce is an entrepreneur at heart, passionate about building and mentoring high performance teams. Joyce has around 17 years of industry experience, working with Fortune 500 companies as well as with start-ups.

Joyce built a team of 30+ Ruby Developers, and led them to create and operate Ruby on Rails applications and related services, he has been associated with RevenueMed since 2007.

Before joining RevenueMed, he was employed by Brunswick as Director. IT and strategic businesses and was based out of their New Zealand office, he was associated with Brunswick since 2003, he initially built Brunswick innovation centre in Singapore.

Joyce founded Helixense in 2001 with two of his friends and lead the team to build an innovate platform for BioinformaticsThe idea was to use the human genome database and other publically available databases to provide a software platform for research organizations that will enable them to quickly build bioinformatics applications.

Joyce stated his career as a Software engineer with TATA-IBM  in 1990 and moved to Singapore in 1993 to work with Creative Labs, he spend around 6 years with the company and lead the development of a number of Video graphics drivers and application that Creative sold to the consumer market.

Joyce earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Mysore University in India and Post-Graduation in Software Engineering from National University of Singapore in 2000.
